Why should we hire you over a DJ company? Because I am an individual DJ, I don't have a payroll of employee's that I need to pass the cost along onto you. You get my personal and individual attention. I am the DJ you plan with and than the DJ that shows up to your event. I personally like to cater to the people that need a DJ, but are on a budget. I still offer all the amenities that a large company can offer like top notch equipment, a refund policy, 2-way binding contracts, support system of backup equipment and even other qualified DJ's that are always on call for any need, and of course the experience.
Do you do any announcements or Emcee'ing? (MC) : Yes. I can be as interactive DJ as you want or need me to be. From special announcements to full introductions, you can be confident that names will be pronounced correctly,
What is your attire? Professional! I will make that extra step to match any special colors or themes of your event with colored dress shirts and ties.
What happens if you have equipment failure? Has never happened beyond a broken light bulb, bad cable or blown fuse to which all I was able to fix immediately. In addition I carry an assortment of varies cables, adapters, lights and even back up speakers. I even have backed up music files and laptops!
Will you play the music we want? Absolutely! This is my guarantee to you. I will work with you directly to plan the music you want and what I suggest will compliment your choices. If you take the time to put together a play list, whether its brief or just of genre's you like, than you will be sure to hear the music you like. I will also assist you in choosing specific songs for your weddings First Dance, Grand March, Bouquet Toss, etc...
I will also make sure to not play the songs you don't want to hear. I call these songs as being "Red Flagged" and won't be played even if requested by a guest.
Do you take requests? I love to and encourage them! Your guests want to hear the music they love as well and you want them to have a good time. You can also be certain I will screen all requests to fit into your evening and not be obscure or awkward.
What kind of music do you have? Everything! I have access to obtain nearly anything ever recorded. If I can't find it and you have it, all you have to do is hand me a CD of the songs or even email the individual tracks to me.
I also have the ability to add extra music players to my sound system like Ipods, Mp3 phones, CD players, etc.. without ever stopping the music. I have a 16 track mixer... this means I can plug in up to 16 separate music devices to my system!
What is your experience? I have years of experience DJ'ing every different type of event from weddings, private parties, corporate events, birthdays, graduations, etc... I can honestly say I have done so many events that I have lost count. I do average 3-4 events per month for the past 5 years.
Do you require a deposit? Yes, to secure the date for both parties. This will guarantee that your event will be locked in and get my 100% attention and preparation. Most deposits are just $100 and are refundable up to 2 months prior to event date.
What are your hourly rates? I do not have a set hourly rate, I prefer to book your entire day for an all inclusive price so that we can work together with ease and flexibility. Should you want to extend the music towards the end of the event date, the rate does vary, but will never exceed $50 per hour.
Do you offer any type of guarantee? YES! Should any misfortune happen as a result of my actions, I will give you 100% of your money back. Why can I afford to do this? Because I have never had to. I have never had an equipment failure that I couldn't fix immediately or replace with my backup equipment. Even with the poorest weather conditions I have never been late or unprepared for any event. You event gets 100% of my attention well before the actual date and I have planned for any type of circumstance.
This policy however does not include such issues that our beyond my control, i.e. building power failures, extreme acts of God like tornado's or blackouts, misbehavior or poor conduct from a 3rd party at the event, etc...
